Event Description: Just 1 Life poetry slams are open mic opportunities for people to make their voices heard and use their lived experience to inspire hope and to help people survive and persevere through life’s hard times.
Event Format: All who would like to attend or participate must register in advance.
Poem / Spoken word length: Participants are allowed up to 3 minutes and preparing in advance is highly recommended but free style is also acceptable.
Accessing the event: On the day of the event all participants and people who registered to attend will be emailed a Zoom link to login to the virtual event.
