Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us by calling the office at (480) 477-9199 at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You will be charged in full for your scheduled session if you fail to contact us in advance. This charge must be paid before or at the time of your next appointment to continue receiving services. Exceptions can be made in emergency situations only.
Refunds
As a service-based business, we are unable to offer refunds for our services. Cancellations can be accepted but require meeting our restrictions.
