Refund Policies for Tuition and Fees
In order to be eligible for a refund of tuition, program fees, and other fees, students must notify Just 1 Life administration that they wish to drop out of the course 72 hours before the course start date. Tuition and fees will not be recalculated or reversed after the refund deadline. Students are responsible for all tuition and fees remaining on their accounts.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us by calling the office at (480) 477-9199 at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You will be charged in full for your scheduled session if you fail to contact us in advance. This charge must be paid before or at the time of your next appointment to continue receiving services. Exceptions can be made in emergency situations only.
