- Program Name & Product Description
Just 1 Life provides health, wellness, and employment services. Our messaging program is designed to deliver timely appointment reminders and scheduling updates to clients who opt in to receive text or electronic communications.
- SMS/Messaging Terms & Conditions
By opting in to receive text messages from Just 1 Life, you agree to the following terms regarding our messaging program:
- Message Content: You can expect to receive automated appointment reminders and related scheduling updates.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments and interactions with our office.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to 480-903-5212. After you send the text message “STOP”, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us.
- Customer Care / Support: For assistance with appointment reminders, reply “HELP” to any message, or contact our Mesa office directly by calling 480-477-9199 or emailing info@just1.us.
- Pricing Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
- Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, including SimplePractice and Qualifacts, to manage client charts, schedules, billing, and automated communications.
- Email & Portal Reminders: You may receive email notifications, billing invoices, or portal alerts from these systems.
- EHR Opt-Out Instructions: To opt out of emails, notifications, or digital reminders generated by SimplePractice or Qualifacts, you can:
- Click the “Unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of any automated email.
- Log into your patient portal account to adjust your communication preferences.
- Contact our administrative team directly at 480-477-9199 to manually disable these automated EHR notifications from your profile.
- Privacy Policy & Data Usage
We respect your privacy. Just 1 Life will not share, sell, or rent your mobile information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All data collected is used solely to deliver your requested appointment reminders and to manage your care.
- Limitation of Liability
